Campus Constituent Surveys Implementation Team

Formed in 2023, this team of stakeholders with oversight over core university functions are tasked with reviewing, prioritizing, and communicating updates for Campus Constituent Survey recommendations three times a year.

Role of the implementation team

  • Reflect on KU’s institutional priorities (Student Success, Healthy & Vibrant Communities, and Research & Discovery) and suggest the prioritization of recommendations that will most impact these areas.
  • Provide updates on the status of recommendations and highlight work that addresses them to ensure accountability and transparency to campus constituents.
  • Collaborate and share how work being implemented impacts other units and where partnerships may be formed.

Role and responsibility of each implementation team member

  • Be knowledgeable of their unit’s work and roadmap in order to consider constituent survey recommendations appropriately and suggest priorities that their unit will be responsible for or are already working on.
  • Delegate and ensure planning and implementation of recommendations in the years assigned, once initial prioritization is complete.
  • Provide summary of actions taken for assigned recommendations in future implementation team meetings.

The team meets three times each year, in February, June, and October. Updates from each meeting will be shared with campus via the recommendations tracking spreadsheet below and email.
